Mirziyoyev visits Islam Karimov Avenue in Moscow

Today, on October 7th, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who is on an official visit to the Russian Federation, visited Islam Karimov Avenue in Moscow. This was reported by the President's press service.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev paid tribute to the bright memory of the First President of Uzbekistan by placing flowers at the base of the statue.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev began his trip to Russia in Tatarstan. He attended an exhibition showcasing the industrial potential of Tatarstan, which was held at the "Kazan Expo" center in the city of Kazan. He also held meetings with Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government and Minister of Industry and Trade, Denis Manturov, and the Chairman of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. Additionally, he explored the oldest part of Kazan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and visited the Kazan Kremlin, which is also included in the list of heritage sites. Furthermore, he visited the Kul Sharif Mosque. Yesterday, on October 6th, Mirziyoyev met with the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin, and President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
