Medical specialists with qualification category are paid an additional fee

Medical and pharmaceutical professionals who voluntarily participate in extraordinary certification and elevate their qualification category will be compensated in accordance with the upgraded qualification category, as reported by the Ministry of Health.

As per the administrative regulations governing the provision of state services for certifying medical and pharmaceutical personnel and granting them qualification categories, these professionals have the option to pursue certification for an exceptional qualification category at their own discretion.

Furthermore, the qualification category of employees who participate in the extraordinary attestation and do not pass will not be lowered, according to information from the ministry.

Heads of treatment and prevention organizations must notify doctors and pharmacists in writing about the requirement to undergo certification six months before the conclusion of the next mandatory certification period.

Additionally, the management should familiarize medical and pharmaceutical employees with the attestation procedure and organize their training before they begin submitting documents for attestation.
