Additional admission was approved for master’s degree programs

The State Commission has approved additional admissions for master’s degree programs in Uzbekistan’s higher education institutions for the 2024/2025 academic year, according to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation.

Under this provision, applicants with the required foreign language proficiency certificates who were not initially recommended for enrollment within the set admission quota may now be admitted through a fee-based contract. This fee will not exceed twice the standard contract rate set by the respective institution.

Applicants interested in applying through this additional admission process are encouraged to contact the admissions committee at their chosen higher education institution directly.

As a reminder, the deadline for payment and enrollment finalization for undergraduate and graduate students for the 2024/2025 academic year has been extended until December 1, 2024.
