Madrimov is one of the leaders in “The Ring” rating

Uzbek professional boxer Israil Madrimov has secured the 2nd position in the updated October ratings by "The Ring" magazine. This achievement was announced by the press service of the Professional Boxing Federation of Uzbekistan.
According to the report, Madrimov, a former WBA super welterweight world champion, held the same position in the rankings last month.
Russian boxer Bakhram Murtazaliyev, who recently defeated Australia's Tim Szew, has made his debut in the rankings at 3rd place. Meanwhile, Szew has dropped from 5th to 7th position.
American Terence Crawford continues to lead the rankings, while Ukrainian Sergey Bogachuk, Madrimov's upcoming opponent, is listed in 6th place.
