At a meeting with the governor of Andijan, Shuhratbek Abdurahmanov, students of a school in Andijan were asked to answer the governor's questions with gratitude, and express their desire to enter a university in the future - even if they are certain they don't want to.  They were asked not talk about family problems, gas, and electricity.  A photo of the assignment given to the governor of Jalakuduq district Hikmatillo Latipov and the head of the department of public education of the district Gulidona Sayyidova was spread on social networks.

The Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan reacted to these instructions and called on officials to stop giving stupid assignments.

"School is a place that helps students to realize themselves as a person, to develop a sense of responsibility for their actions, the ability and desire to realize their human dignity.  "We cannot educate students to become young people who will build the future of Uzbekistan by instilling things like in this article," said the beginning of the commentary of MPE.

Those who demand such a thing from a child today should not expect good things tomorrow!

Teaching is not an ordinary profession, it is a profession, a calling of the heart - do not demand such things from teachers, dear teachers, please listen to such demands and do not break the situation, the fate of the future depends on you! Rustamova.

Also, while continuing his speech, he described Hokimbuva Abdurahmanov as "the father of children from Andijan".

As the mayor of Andijan is the father of his children, the child has the right to tell his father about any issue that bothers him, a child who is not heard by his father will be heard by strangers on the street, which does not lead to good.  It is clear that the mayor is coming to meet the young people, for this reason, don't show yourself off like that!" said Rustamova.
