In Andijan, a man beat up a woman and her mother (video)

Earlier, the QALAMPIR.UZ editorial office received a video showing a woman and her mother being beaten up by a 33-year-old relative (cousin) in the "Ishchilar" neighborhood of Andijan city, and their car being damaged. The Andijan Regional Department of Internal Affairs responded to this incident.

It turned out that the incident depicted in the video occurred on January 5, 2025 in the "Ishchilar" neighborhood of Andijan city. A resident of this neighborhood, Q.M. (a woman), had an argument with her relative R.A. (a man), born in 1991. Then the man insulted the woman with various words and kicked her in the face.

The man also hit a Spark car belonging to K.M. with various hard objects, causing technical damage to its front, rear and side windows and the front right headlight, and during the altercation, he also injured the woman's mother, T.M.

During the investigation, it was determined that citizen R.A. is mentally ill and was placed in the Andijan Regional Mental Hospital for treatment.

A forensic medical examination was ordered for the injuries sustained by citizens K.M. and T.M., and the Department for Coordination of the Activities of Internal Affairs Bodies in Andijan is conducting pre-investigation investigations into the case.

It should be recalled that earlier, passengers on a bus traveling in Tashkent argued among themselves, and a man spat in the face of a girl and insulted her. In this case, the Uchtepa District Internal Affairs Bureau of the Federal Bureau of Investigation issued an administrative report against the man under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (Petty Hooliganism), and the collected documents were sent to the Uchtepa District Criminal Court.
