It was revealed that N.N., the spouse of Sh.N., passed away after sustaining a fatal injury while performing his job duties. Sh.N. then contacted the Andijan Regional Department of Poverty Reduction and Employment, seeking assistance in securing the one-time allowance and monthly compensation payments that the employer was required to provide following the loss of the family's primary breadwinner.
In response, the department processed the request in accordance with the prescribed procedures. The State Labor Inspectorate conducted an investigation and subsequently filed a lawsuit in court.
The court ruled in favor of the applicant, and as a result, it was determined that a compensation amount of 485,760,000 sums would be awarded to Sh.N.
