Bakery was found in Khorezm that used 2.1 billion soums worth of gas

A bakery in the Urganch district of the Khorezm region was found to have illegally consumed natural gas worth over 2 billion soums. This information was reported by the Inspection for the Control of the Use of Electric Energy, Oil Products, and Gas.

During a control event conducted by the Khorezm Regional Administration of "Ozenergoinspeksiya," it was discovered that the bakery, owned by "E.K." LLC, had bypassed the meter and directly connected to the gas network, using natural gas unlawfully.

Preliminary calculations revealed that this violation resulted in damage amounting to 2 billion 92 million soums to the gas supply company.

"The relevant documents regarding the incident have been prepared and submitted to law enforcement agencies," the report states.

Earlier, a construction materials production enterprise belonging to "Y-Z.E." LLC in Yangiyer, Sirdarya region, was similarly found to have illegally consumed natural gas worth over 5 billion soums.
