A man who cut the ear off his neighbor’s donkey was brought to justice

In Peshku district of Bukhara region, a donkey died after a citizen cut off its ears.  The animal belonged to the citizen's neighbor.  This was reported by the Press Service of the Regional Internal Affairs Department.

It was discovered that on 6 April 6 this year at 4:00 p.m., citizen U.A., born in 1985, cut off the two ears of a donkey belonging to his neighbor, citizen J.X.  After some time, the animal died due to excessive blood loss.

Currently, the collected documents regarding the violation specified in Article 111, Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility against U.A. have been submitted to the Chief of Criminal Affairs for administrative action.

As a result of committing this crime, there may be a fine of 5 to 10 times the base amount (actually 300,000 soms, 330,000 soms as of 1 May), or administrative imprisonment for up to 15 days.
