Parakhat Konisbaevich Kaipbekov has been appointed as the acting Minister of Transport of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. This announcement was made by the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan.
It was reported that on October 8, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Transport of Karakalpakstan, focusing on the provision of transport services, improving operational efficiency in the sector, and addressing organizational matters.
The meeting was chaired by Shuhrat Dauletiyarov, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
Parakhat Kaipbekov, who previously served as the CEO of "QQavtotexxizmat" LLC and held other significant positions such as Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Karakalpakstan, will now take on the role of acting Minister of Transport.
