Nurullan Erlepesov appointed Minister of Economy and Finance of Karakalpakstan

At the second session of the Jokargi Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Nurullan Umirzakovich Erlepesov was officially appointed as the Minister of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. This was reported by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.  

To mark the occasion, a meeting was held on January 8 at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. During the meeting, Seytnazarov Berdibek, Chairman of the Committee on Budget, Economic Reforms, Investments, and Innovations of the Jokargi Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, introduced the new minister to the audience.  

For reference, Nurullan Erlepesov was born in 1971 in the city of Nukus. He graduated from the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, and in 2010, he completed his studies at the correspondence department of Karakalpak State University.  

In December of the previous year, Leyli Pulatovna Seytova, who had served in various positions, including as a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a member of the Committee on Budget and Economic Reforms, and head of the Nukus district finance department, was appointed Minister of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
