MAN truck explodes in Karakalpakistan (video)

A MAN truck exploded in the Turtkol district of Karakalpakistan Republic, as reported by the Emergency Situations Department of Karakalpakistan.

The incident occurred on March 21 at approximately 1:50 PM in the “Guliston” neighborhood of Turtkol district. The explosion happened during welding work on the fuel tank of a MAN truck at a workshop. As a result, both MAN and Ford vehicles were completely damaged, while the rear tires of a DAF truck were affected by the fire.

Two residents of To‘rtko‘l district, born in 1998 and 1980, sustained injuries and were hospitalized at the district medical center. Fortunately, no fatalities were reported. The fire has been fully extinguished, and investigations are ongoing to assess the material damage.

Previously, in Nukus city, Karakalpakistan Republic, a MAN propane gas tanker overturned. Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene and took swift measures using specialized equipment to prevent a potential disaster. No casualties or injuries were reported in that incident.
