Musa Jamanboev has been dismissed from his position as Kyrgyzstan’s ambassador to Uzbekistan, under a decree signed by President Sadir Japarov.

Jamanboev was born on June 20, 1978, in the Chui region and graduated in 2000 from the Faculty of Oriental Studies and International Economic Relations at the Humanitarian University of Bishkek. He began his career as an assistant secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ state protocol service. Over the years, he has held various roles, including Attaché of the State Protocol Service, Protocol Assistant to the Prime Minister, Head of the Prime Minister's Protocol Service, and Deputy Head of the Government Office's International Relations and Protocol Department. He also served as an expert in the International Relations Department of the Provisional Government Office and as the head of the Jogorku Kenesh's passport-visa service.

In 2017, he was appointed head of the protocol sector of the foreign policy department in the Presidential Administration and led the Presidential Protocol Service starting in 2021.

Jamanboev had served as ambassador to Uzbekistan since April 2022, presenting his credentials to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in November 2022.
