6030The Gentra car belonging to an individual who violated traffic rules 105 times and did not pay administrative fines was impounded in the Kashkadarya region. This information was reported by the Department of the Regional Enforcement Bureau.
It was noted that a resident of the city of Karshi was sought for his Gentra car due to repeated traffic rule violations and failure to pay administrative fines on time. On July 19, officers from the Enforcement Bureau visited the debtor's residence to enforce the penalties. Despite being present, the debtor and his close relatives did not open the gate and resisted the enforcement actions.
After approximately five hours of enforcement efforts, with the involvement of relevant organizations, the Gentra was found at the debtor's house and was subsequently impounded.
"The debtor was given 10 days to pay the administrative fines. It was warned that the car would be auctioned if the debts were not paid," the report stated.
Last month in Tashkent, officers from the Enforcement Bureau seized a Tesla belonging to a debtor who failed to pay fines on time, and a Kia K5 from a citizen who owed a total of 462 million soums in fines and alimony.
