Children's Ombudsman investigates abuse allegations against mother in Kashkadarya (video)

QALAMPIR.UZ has received a concerning complaint regarding a 13-year-old girl in Kashkadarya who is allegedly being pressured and mistreated by her mother. The incident was brought to the attention of Surayyo Rakhmonova, the Representative of the Oliy Majlis on Children's Rights.
According to Rakhmonova, the application has been officially accepted, and the Children's Ombudsman has initiated an investigation into the matter.
The complaint, filed by the girl's father, claims that on December 13 of this year, the girl was forcibly taken by her mother despite expressing her desire to live with her father. The father alleges that the mother physically assaulted the girl and threatened to kill her when she resisted.
"There is an expert opinion, and my daughter was found with injuries," the father stated in his appeal.
