Social networks reported the escape of a convict from the colony settlement in Karshi. The Penal Correction Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs made an official response to the situation.
P.Z., serving a sentence under article 118 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (touching honor) in the address of the 35 colony of 4th district. On 15 October 2016 at 18.00p.m. it was established that he was not in the territory of the colony.
During the search, the convict P.Z. was found to have left of his own volition and to have been outside the premises of the institution at 20:35p.m. and was taken to the institution.
Currently, the Penal Correction Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has provided a legal assessment of this disorder of the convicted prisoner P.Z.
