Munisakhon Olijonova, also known as " Ms Monya" within criminal circles, was detained in Istanbul during a joint operation involving Turkish law enforcement and the Investigation Department of Uzbekistan's Ministry of Internal Affairs. The Uzbekistan General Consulate in Istanbul confirmed this arrest.

Reportedly, Munisakhon Olijonova, born in 2001, stands accused of engaging in human trafficking and has been sought by Uzbekistan's Ministry of Internal Affairs since 2023.

The consulate's statement urges individuals affected by Olijonova's actions to contact either the Uzbekistan General Consulate in Istanbul or the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan.

Efforts to ensure the prosecution of criminals are ongoing through systematic cooperation within Turkey.

It's worth noting that in the previous month, Nilufar Mirkhanova, known as "Madame Klod," was sought for involvement in international human trafficking. Additionally, Rita Khalilova, a Uzbek citizen wanted internationally for fraud, was arrested in Turkey for embezzling a significant amount of money belonging to citizens. Both individuals were subsequently deported to Tashkent.
