9078The State Asset Management Agency has announced the start of the privatization process for the entire state-owned share of the International Hotel in Tashkent.
The sale process for privatizing 100 percent of the state's stake in InterHotel LLC has commenced, according to the State Asset Management Agency.
Deloitte has been appointed as the consultant for the privatization process.
The hotel being sold features 232 rooms, 7 conference rooms, 2 restaurants, bars, a summer terrace, a fitness club, and a swimming pool. The property comprises 44,903 square meters of buildings and structures, situated on a 3-hectare land area.
The privatization will occur in three phases: an expression of interest, a non-binding offer (NBO), and a binding offer (BO). In the final phase, a guaranteed payment of at least 1% of the fixed price offer is required.
Applications must be submitted by July 4, 2024, at 18:00 (Tashkent time).
