A group of young men who visited the "Verona" computer game club in Fergana city assaulted a club employee following a dispute. This was reported by the Fergana Regional Department of Internal Affairs.

According to the report, on February 21, a disagreement broke out among seven acquaintances at a computer club located on Aftob Street in Fergana. The club manager, F.X., reprimanded them for their behavior while playing computer games.

Amid the altercation, citizen O.V. struck the manager in the face, after which his accomplices joined in the assault.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 277, Part 3, Clause “g” of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (*Hooliganism*). The suspects—O.V., M.Q., and N.M.—have been taken into custody, while administrative reports have been issued against three of their accomplices.

The regional Internal Affairs Department has taken the case under control, emphasizing that the rule of law and the inevitability of punishment will be ensured.

It is worth noting that last month, individuals who assaulted medical staff at a hospital in Tashkent were sentenced to three years in prison. The Shaykhontohur District Court for Criminal Cases found them guilty under Article 277, Part 3, Clause “g” (*Hooliganism*), and sentenced them to serve their term in a penal colony.
