A man who smashed a taxi with a brick in Fergana apologizes

On August 1 of this year, it was reported that a man threw a brick at the car of a taxi driver who did not answer his phone in the city of Fergana.  In connection with this situation, the Department of Internal Affairs of the region informed that the suspect was arrested.

According to reports, on August 1 of this year, Sh.S., a resident of Fergana city.  Ordered a taxi.  The driver, 21-year-old I.R., who lives in Fergana, made the order.  Accepted and after a while in Cobalt under his management Sh.S.  reached the street where he was standing.

However, citizen Sh.S.  got angry that the driver’s phone was turned off and did not answer his call, and quarreled with him and broke the windows of I.R.’s car with a stone.  During this process, the employees of the internal affairs bodies, who were direct witnesses of this incident and were indifferent, were also in the center of wide discussion.

“Sorry, we got heated and did not understand each other.  For breaking the law, here we are, taking the punishment and answering.  I regret, I apologize to everyone, it will not be returned,” says Sh.S.

Currently, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 277 (bullying) of the Criminal Code, Part 3, and he has been detained under Article 221 of the Criminal Procedure Code.  In this case, a service inspection was also ordered regarding the actions of the employees of the internal affairs bodies.
