36-year-old man assaults 21-year-old in Fergana

A video showing a man assaulting another citizen and dragging him across the ground in the Fergana region has been circulating on social media. To clarify the situation, QALAMPIR.UZ reached out to Ismoil Sharipov, the press secretary of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Fergana region.
According to reports, on August 21, in the center of Uzbekistan district, O.Kh., born in 1988, struck A.B., born in 2003, multiple times in the face during a disagreement, causing bodily harm.
The video shows the 36-year-old man crossing the road, punching the 21-year-old, and then dragging him across the ground and onto a roof across the street.
Preliminary information from the district central hospital indicates that A.B. sustained injuries, including lacerations to the soft tissues of the head, face, nose, and the inner surface of the lips.
An investigation into the incident is currently underway.
It's worth noting that earlier, two individuals were charged with hooliganism following a separate incident in a store in the Fergana region.
