The Embassy of Uzbekistan was opened in Doha on December 11. Uzbekistan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, reported this development and also took part in the opening ceremony. Saidov highlighted the significance of this event, emphasizing the deepening bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Qatar due to the joint efforts of both countries' leaders.
Additionally, it's worth noting that on May 7 of the same year, the inauguration of Qatar's embassy in Tashkent occurred. Sultan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi, Qatar's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, attended this ceremony alongside Bakhtiyor Saidov.
