On August 9, the body of a 73-year-old man was discovered in a canal in Tashkent. The Tashkent City Prosecutor's Office informed QALAMPIR.UZ about the incident.
At approximately 3:30 p.m., the Citizen Coordination Department of the Chilonzor District IAA received information about the body of Sh.A., born in 1951, found without injuries on the bank of the Burijar canal, which flows along Seul Street in Tashkent.
According to his family members, it was later revealed that on August 4, Sh.A. had left his apartment in the Shaykhontohur district in an unknown direction.
"Currently, investigations are being conducted in connection with this situation," the report stated.
As a reminder, on June 19, the body of a 20-year-old man was also found in the Burijar canal.
