A young man stabbed his mother in Bukhara

In Andijan, a man killed his wife, mother-in-law, and brother-in-law.

In Bukhara, a 29-year-old man killed his 51-year-old mother due to a mutual conflict.  Hayat Shamsutdinov, Press Secretary of the General Prosecutor's Office, informed QALAMPIR.UZ about this.

According to the chief prosecutor's office, on 28 September of this year at 7:43p.m., N.H., a resident of the Gijduvan district, killed his mother M.O, after continuous arguments about bringing strange men into his apartment.  

During the conflict, N.H. intentionally killed his mother with a kitchen knife, stabbing her three times in the left upper shoulder, chest, and armpit.  

According to the preliminary information of the forensic medical expert, the cause of death of the deceased M.O. was acute massive internal bleeding caused by a puncture of the left lung and an injury to the aorta of the heart.

First deputy regional prosecutor B. Kamolov, branch chiefs of the regional prosecutor's office Sh. Mamarizayev and B. Gurbanov, first deputy head of the regional Department of Internal Affairs E. Safarov, deputy district prosecutor D. Safarov of G'ijduvon district, went to the scene of the incident.  The appearance of the head of the Internal Affairs body department of civil appeals A. Khalikov and the members of the operative - investigative team were ensured.

The location of the incident and its surroundings were examined with the help of forensic techniques, and a kitchen knife smeared with blood-like stains and clothes with blood-like stains of the deceased M.O. were taken.

On 28 September, the District Prosecutor's Office initiated a criminal case under Article 97, Part 1 of the Criminal Code, and N. Hakimov was arrested by Article 221 of the Criminal Procedure Code and detained as a precautionary measure.

Forensic medical, forensic-technical, and biological expertises were appointed in the case. Gijduvan district prosecutor's office is conducting a preliminary investigation of the criminal case.
