Deputies are appointed to the Prosecutor General

New deputies were appointed to Prosecutor General Nigmatulla Yoldoshev.  This was reported by the information service of the General Prosecutor’s Office.

It is noted that today, on August 9, based on the relevant decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, senior advisor of justice Jahangir Jorayevich Hotamov was appointed to the position of Deputy Prosecutor General.

Jahongir Hotamov worked as the first deputy prosecutor of Jizzakh region in 2016-2017, first deputy prosecutor of Tashkent city in 2017-2018, prosecutor of Khorezm region from February 2018 to October 2020, and prosecutor of Namangan region in 2020-2022.  He worked as a prosecutor of Samarkand region from February 2022 until now.

Also, by the decree of the President, Sherzod Jalalovich Tokhtaboyev, the senior advisor of justice, became the deputy of Nigmatulla Yoldoshev.

Before his appointment, Sherzod Tokhtaboyev worked as the head of the department at the General Prosecutor’s Office.  Before that, Salom Ismatovich Samadov worked in this position.

We remind you that earlier prosecutors were appointed to Namangan, Andijan, Samarkand regions based on the order of the Prosecutor General Nigmatilla Yoldoshev.

Also, according to the order of the Prosecutor General, the senior advisor of justice Ikrom Shermatovich Narimov was appointed to the position of Transport Prosecutor of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
