This requirement was established by Order No. 65 of the Minister of Preschool and School Education, issued on February 20, 2025, as part of the Procedure for Conducting Final State Attestation in General Secondary Educational Institutions.
The document outlines the subjects included in the final state attestation, the format of exams, and the list of national and internationally recognized certificates assessing proficiency in general education subjects and foreign languages.

- Mother Tongue and Literature (for Uzbek-language classes) – Written
- State Language (for non-Uzbek-language classes) – Written
