The President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, commenced a short vacation on April 22, as announced by Sherzod Asadov, the President's press secretary.
Last year, the President went on a short vacation starting from December 4. In 2022, Mirziyoyev took a brief break from January 5 to January 7. His vacation in 2021 spanned 7 days, from January 4 to January 10. Mirziyoyev's inaugural vacation took place on August 5, 2019.
