“Hududgazta'minot” collects approximately 270 million sums in excess debt from an enterprise

It became known that "Hududgazta'minot" unlawfully charged "Ravon Yul Invest" LLC for volumes of natural gas that were not actually delivered, in violation of legal requirements, as reported by the Competition Committee.
It is noted that the appeal made by the regional administration of the Jizzakh region of the Competition Committee against the service of the "Hududgaz Jizzakh" gas supply branch, on behalf of "Ravon Yul Invest" LLC, was thoroughly examined.
During this examination, it was revealed that "Hududgazta'minot" JSC and the "Hududgaz Jizzakh" gas supply branch had billed approximately 270 million sums to "Ravon Yul Invest" LLC for natural gas volumes that were never delivered, contrary to legal requirements.
In light of these findings, signs of violations of the Law "On Competition" and the Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 225 were identified in "Hududgazta'minot" JSC and the "Hududgaz Jizzakh" gas supply branch. A full recalculation in favor of "Ravon Yul Invest" LLC has been ensured.
It should be recalled that earlier, social networks reported unjustified debts related to electricity. In response, JSC "Territorial Electric Networks" stated that since August of this year, the "Het Billing" software complex has been implemented. During the process of transferring consumer archive data from the old system to the new one, inaccuracies occurred in the personal accounts of some consumers.
