Deputy chairman of “Hududgaztaminot” was brought to justice

The deputy chairman of the board of "Hududgaztaminot" JSC has been subjected to administrative sanctions under Article 2155 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility for violating public service regulations. The Ministry of Justice disclosed this information.

According to regulations governing the provision of gas network connection services, approved by Cabinet Decision No. 256 of March 31, 2018, regional gas supply organizations are responsible for providing technical conditions for such connections.

During a roundtable organized by the Ministry of Justice involving relevant public service providers, it was observed that "Hududgaztaminot" JSC deviated from these regulations by instituting a practice where technical conditions drafted by regional gas supply organizations needed approval from the company's central office.

Furthermore, Ministry of Justice inspections highlighted persistent breaches of the law in public service provision by regional gas supply branches, despite legal directives to cease such violations.

To prevent future infractions, the deputy chairman of "Hududgaztaminot" JSC was held administratively accountable under Article 2155 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.

It's noteworthy that Marufkhan Khojaev, formerly the prosecutor of the Andijan region, now serves as the chairman of the board of "Hududgaztaminot" JSC.
