Court sentences Kashkadarya resident for indecent acts

In the Kasbi district of Kashkadarya region, a man born in 2002 was sentenced to four days of administrative detention for committing indecent acts against a minor. This was reported by QALAMPIR.UZ after reviewing court documents.
According to the report, the man lured the minor into a Cobalt car on a street in the “Sohibkor” neighborhood and engaged in inappropriate and indecent behavior.
The court found him guilty under Article 41-1, Part 1 of the Administrative Liability Code (indecent harassment) and sentenced him to four days of administrative detention.
Additionally, the man was ordered to pay 225,000 soums to the state, equivalent to 15% of the Base Calculation Value (BHM), for the time spent in detention.
As a related note, earlier in Tashkent, a teacher was sentenced to administrative detention for harassing a 10-year-old schoolgirl.
