Journalist Alisher Ruziokhunov passes away

Uzbek journalist Alisher Ruziokhunov has passed away at the age of 32. The news was reported by journalist Ilyos Safarov.
Alisher Ruziokhunov was born in 1993 in the Andijan region. He began his journalistic career at QALAMPIR.UZ and later worked for several well-known online media outlets in Uzbekistan, as well as for a number of foreign publications. In 2021, he was awarded the "Future Founder" medal as the editor of the non-governmental non-profit organization "Social and Legal Media Center."
It is reported that he had been suffering from diabetes mellitus for many years.
Earlier, the honored youth coach of Uzbekistan, member of the Writers' Union, and poet Bahodir Iso also passed away.
