Today, May 17, a fire broke out at a teahouse located in the market area of Jizzakh city. The incident was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to the report, the Federal Fire and Rescue Service received information about the fire at a teahouse near the market in the Khalqabad municipal district of Jizzakh. In response, two fire and rescue crews were dispatched to the scene. The fire was brought under control at 13:39.
Firefighting efforts are still ongoing. Further details will be provided as they become available.
It should be recalled that yesterday, May 16, a fire also occurred at the “Mavlano” cemetery in the Namangan region. As a result, 50 square meters of the cemetery area were burned and damaged.
