The body of a kindergarten child who died in Jizzakh was found in a ditch

Previously, it was reported that a child from a kindergarten in the Jizzakh region had passed away. The boy's body was discovered in a ditch running through a field. Hayat Shamsutdinov, the press secretary of the General Prosecutor's Office, provided this information to QALAMPIR.UZ.

On February 15 of this year at 09:00 a.m., three minor children left the premises of a family-run non-governmental preschool education organization situated in the Dostlik district of the region while unsupervised.

Later, at 1:00 p.m. on the same day, a girl born in 2021 was found deceased in a ditch located in a farm field approximately 1 km from the kindergarten.

This case exhibits signs of the crime outlined in articles 192-11 (abuse of authority by officials in a non-governmental commercial organization or other non-governmental organization) and 207- (Negligent homicide) of the Criminal Code. Without conducting several investigative actions on the matter under the assumption that they may not yield results, a criminal case was initiated.

Investigations into this incident are currently ongoing.

It's worth noting that earlier, a 3rd-grade student was discovered deceased on the school premises in Tashkent.
