Reports on social media indicated that employees of "Jizzakh Water Supply" JSC were assaulted by a businessman and his subordinates. To clarify the situation, QALAMPIR.UZ contacted Akmal Murodov, head of the information service of JSC "Uzsuvtaminot".
Murodov informed us that during a raid in the Dostlik district, a working group formed by "Jizzakh Water Supply" JSC discovered that the entrepreneur was using water illegally in two branches of the private tea house "Forish" in the district.
It was reported that in the first branch of the tea house, the entrepreneur used drinking water illegally, disregarding the requirements of the current legislation, without installing online computing equipment and the control and state standard seal. The businessman had been warned about this situation before. During the preparation of the relevant document on the payment of damages to the joint-stock company, he assaulted and injured two employees.
In the second branch of the tea house, the entrepreneur also used water illegally without installing a control stamp on the computing equipment.
The entrepreneur actively resisted the water supply workers during the calculation of the damage caused by the identified situation and the drawing up of a document. Additionally, the businessman, along with his workers, assaulted the employees on duty in the tea house. Members of the working group standing outside were also beaten.
At present, the employees have been admitted to the hospital, and investigations are being carried out regarding the incident.
