A video of a group of young men arguing has gone viral on social media, prompting a response from the Department of Internal Affairs of the Jizzakh region.
The incident occurred on September 27, 2023, at 17:45 in the "Saraylik" neighborhood of the Sharaf Rashidov district. The individuals involved in the quarrel were identified as Z.F., born in 1987, his brother Kh.S., born in 1991, and M.R., born in 2006, all residents of the same neighborhood. During the altercation, they injured each other.
As a result of the conflict, Z.F. was admitted to the neurosurgery department of the medical center with a diagnosis of "concussion." His brother Kh.S. and citizen M.R. received first aid on-site.
Currently, the investigative department under the Sharaf Rashidov District Department of Internal Affairs is conducting an investigation into the incident.
Earlier, a similar altercation took place in a barbershop in the Shaikhontohur district of Tashkent city, where a man's head was cracked during a fight involving a group of young men in a public place. An ambulance was called to the scene to provide first aid to the injured, and four individuals were reported to have sustained minor injuries. Law enforcement agencies took the participants in that fight to the local police station for further investigation.
