12451In the Dustlik district of the Jizzakh region, the court's verdict was read to the employees of the family non-governmental preschool education organization, which caused the death of a 3-year-old child due to negligence. Aziz Obidov, the press secretary of the Supreme Court, provided this information.
It is known that on February 15 of this year, a 3-year-old girl was admitted to the family non-governmental preschool without being included in the list of 18 registered kindergarten children. Three students from the preschool left the kindergarten without the teacher's attention, and one of them, a 3-year-old girl, died after falling into a pond.
In connection with this incident, a court verdict was read in the Dustlik District Court against the employees of the family non-governmental preschool education organization who left the student unattended.
Defendant M.F. (female) was found guilty of committing the crimes provided for in paragraph "g" of Article 116 (Professional failure to properly perform one's duties), Part 3, and Article 167 (Embezzlement), Part 2 of the Criminal Code. By Articles 59 and 61 of the Criminal Code, she was deprived of the right to work in pre-school and school education in any position with financial responsibility for 3 years and was imprisoned for 4 years and 1 month.
Defendant T.D. (female) was also found guilty under Part 3 of Article 116 of the Criminal Code, and she was deprived of the right to work in positions with any kind of responsibility and financial responsibility in preschool and school education for a period of 3 years and was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment.
Additionally, the defendant U.A. (male) was found guilty of committing crimes under Article 205 (Abuse of Power or Authority), Part 1, and Article 209 (Forgery of Professional Documents), Part 1 of the Criminal Code. He was deprived of the right to work in positions with responsibility and financial responsibility for 1 year and was sentenced to imprisonment for 1 year and 6 months.
