Aunt was arrested for beating her nephew to death

Previously, we reported about a woman from Cholobod village in Boka district, Tashkent region, who fatally beat her 7-year-old nephew. The court has now sentenced her to 5 years in prison for the crime. This information was shared by Aziz Obidov, spokesman for the Supreme Court.
The incident occurred at 8:00 PM when the aunt woke her nephew and sent him outside in the rain as punishment for not being prepared for his lesson. She then falsely accused him of defecating, pulled him by the hair, forced him to the ground, and repeatedly hit and kicked him. She made him run around the yard, and whenever he slowed down or showed signs of fatigue, she struck him with a wooden stick on various parts of his body, including his head.
The court sentenced her to 5 years and 6 months in prison under Article 104 (Deliberate Grievous Bodily Harm), part 3, paragraph "d" of the Criminal Code.
