Kamchibek Konkabaev: I’m ready to enter the ring against Jalolov

Kazakh boxer Kamchibek Konkabaev, a bronze medalist at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and two-time World Championship silver medalist, has expressed his readiness to face Uzbekistan’s Bakhodir Jalolov once again. This was reported by "Sportnews".

“If the fight is organized, I am ready to enter the ring with Bakhodir Jalolov once again. Of course, it would be an interesting fight. I haven’t considered continuing a professional boxing career at the moment,” said Konkabaev.

It should be noted that Konkabaev had earlier announced his retirement from amateur boxing.

For context, Konkabaev and Jalolov have met in the ring 10 times in amateur heavyweight competitions, with Jalolov emerging victorious in most of their encounters.
