Trial of another criminal group begins

In 2023, during the "Urgent 40 Days" events, the trial commenced for Saidahmadkhon Mahmudhojayev and ten others allegedly involved with him.

Yesterday, on June 14, the first court session for criminal cases was held at the Yunusabad District Court. The case is presided over by Judge Sanjar Qochqorov. According to reports, there are five victims in this case.

Saidahmadkhon Mahmudkhojayev, initially arrested for possession of large quantities of narcotic drugs under Article 276 of the Criminal Code, now faces charges under six different articles:

1. Article 138, Part 2, Clause "a" (Unlawful deprivation of liberty by force)
2. Article 164, Part 4, Clauses "a" and "v" (Invasion)
3. Article 165, Part 3, Paragraphs "a" and "v" (Extortion)
4. Article 242, Part 1 (Establishment of a criminal association
5. Article 273, Part 5 (Illegal preparation, acquisition, storage, and other actions for transferring narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, as well as their illegal transfer)

Additionally, others in the group face the following charges:

- Abdullayev Akhror Ravshan og'li is charged under Article 165, Part 3, Clause "v" (Extortion) and Article 273, Part 5 (Illegal preparation, acquisition, storage, and other actions for transferring narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, as well as their illegal transfer).
- Salimbekov Azamat Avazjonovich and Umarov Dilmurod Rustamovich are charged under Article 138, Part 2, Clause "a" (Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty by Use of Force) and Article 165, Part 3, Paragraphs "a" and "v" (Extortion).
- Oroqov Abdunazar Saidnazarovich and Nasirov Bakhtiyor Sharifovich are charged under Article 165, Part 3, Clause "c" (Extortion).
- Tursunov Sarvar Soyibjon og'li and Ahmedov Shahrukh Qayumjon og'li are charged under Article 138, Part 2, Paragraph "a" (Unlawful deprivation of liberty by force), Article 164, Part 4, Clauses "a" and "v" (Invasion), and Article 165, Part 3, Paragraphs "a" and "v" (Extortion).
- Umarov Avaz Rahimovich and Umarov Oybek Avaz og'li are charged under Article 138, Part 2, Clause "a" (Unlawful deprivation of liberty by force), Article 165, Part 3, Clauses "a" and "v" (Extortion), and Article 168, Part 4, Clause "a" (Fraud).
- Erkinov Fozil Iskandar og’li is charged under Article 138, Part 2, Clause "a" (Unlawful deprivation of liberty by force), Article 165, Part 3, Clauses "a" and "v" (Extortion).

We remind you that the trial of Bakhtiyor Qudratullayev and Saidaziz Saidaliyev, who were also arrested during the "Urgent 40-day" action, has already started.
