Quarter-finalists have been selected at the World Youth Championship in La Nucia, Spain. Yesterday, 20 November, 4 boxers from Uzbekistan defended the country's honor.

In the 80 kg category, Rahmatillo Boymatov defeated Albanian Luis Giolena 5-0. In the -92 kg weight category, Aynazar Kenesbayev beat his Irish opponent by a large margin. At -71 kg, Fazliddin Erkinbayev followed India's Sahil Chauhan, and at -57 kg, Bakhtiyor Asadov followed Ireland's Colm Farrell into the ranks of fans.

According to the results of 20 November, 4 boxers from Uzbekistan went to the quarter-finals.
