Four types of seeds will be allowed to be exported from Uzbekistan

Four products - melon, sesame, mustard, and mahsar seeds - are allowed to be exported from Uzbekistan. This is stated in the resolution of the President of Uzbekistan «On measures to further expand the export potential of business entities», adopted on 30 September this year.
According to the decree of 1 November 2022:
• If the amount of foreign currency not received under one export contract does not exceed 5 percent of the total value of the goods presented for export, the outstanding receivables shall not be recorded and the employer shall not be fined;
• incentives in the form of reducing the tax base on income tax and turnover tax apply to export organizations regardless of the share of exports in the total revenue from the sale of goods;
• The export of melon, sesame seeds, mustard, and mahsar is permitted.
