According to the National Statistics Committee, the average monthly salary in Uzbekistan amounted to 6,376,000 sums by the end of 2025.
It was reported that in January–December 2025, the average nominal monthly wage reached 6,376,000 sums, reflecting an increase of 18.9 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.

By region, the average nominal monthly salary in Tashkent city stood at 10,753,000 sums, marking a year-on-year increase of 18.3 percent.
The figure amounted to 4,751,000 sums in Namangan region, with a growth rate of 122.8 percent compared to the same period last year. In Syrdarya region, the average salary reached 5,119,000 sums (120.8 percent), in Jizzakh region 4,786,000 sums (120.5 percent), in Fergana region 4,730,000 sums (119.1 percent), and in Khorezm region 5,052,000 sums (118.4 percent).
At the same time, the average nominal monthly salary totaled 4,476,000 sums in Kashkadarya region (118.2 percent), 4,737,000 sums in Samarkand region (117.8 percent), 4,481,000 sums in Surkhandarya region (117.4 percent), 5,093,000 sums in Bukhara region (117.2 percent), 5,967,000 sums in Tashkent region (116.9 percent), 7,871,000 sums in Navoi region (116.0 percent), 5,003,000 sums in the Republic of Karakalpakstan (115.7 percent), and 5,238,000 sums in Andijan region (113.4 percent), indicating comparatively lower growth rates in these areas.

When analyzed by economic sector, the highest growth in average nominal wages was recorded in the arts, entertainment, and recreation sector. In this field, salaries increased by 26.4 percent compared to the corresponding period of 2024, reaching 5,448,000 sums.
Significant growth was also observed in the education sector, where the average salary reached 4,372,000 sums, reflecting an increase of 20.1 percent. In transportation and storage, the average wage amounted to 9,659,000 sums, up by 18.9 percent, while in the industrial sector it reached 7,525,000 sums, marking a 16.7 percent increase. In the information and communication sector, the average salary stood at 15,298,000 sums, rising by 15.8 percent.
Meanwhile, in accommodation and food services, the average monthly salary was 5,090,000 sums, up 8.8 percent year on year. In construction, the figure reached 6,548,000 sums, increasing by 9.1 percent. In the trade sector, the average salary amounted to 6,961,000 sums, reflecting a 12.0 percent increase, while in healthcare and social services it reached 3,909,000 sums, up by 14.5 percent. In banking, insurance, leasing, credit, and intermediary services, the average monthly salary totaled 17,597,000 sums, marking a 15.2 percent increase.
It is worth noting that earlier reports indicated that the average monthly salary in Kyrgyzstan amounted to 42,919 soms, or $491.3, in January–October 2025.
