Number of appointments were made in Uzbekistan

Today, June 21, several key appointments were made in Uzbekistan. Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov introduced new appointees to government members, all of whom were approved by the Cabinet of Ministers following a decision by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The appointments include:

• Abduvaqqos Vahidovich Rafikov as Chairman of the Committee on Industry, Radiation, and Nuclear Safety under the Cabinet of Ministers.

• Azim Isroilovich Ahmadkhojayev as Director of the Atomic Energy Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers.

• Olimjon Muhammadjonovich Umarov as First Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies.

• Jamshid Yunusovich Tursunov as Chairman of the Committee of Motorways under the Ministry of Transport.

• Ahmad Khudoyshukurovich Suvonqulov as acting Chairman of the Board of the joint-stock company "Uzsuvta'minot."

Additionally, according to the Cabinet of Ministers' decision, Amriddin Nasriddinovich Abdurahmonov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Automobile Roads under the Ministry of Transport, with a focus on implementing advanced foreign practices and digitization in transportation.
