The first ladies of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan meet

Yesterday, on August 22, the first lady of Uzbekistan Ziroatkhan Mirziyoyeva met with the first lady of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva.  “Azertag” reported about it.

We remind you that the first ladies of these two countries met on November 10, 2022.  The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilhom Aliyev and his wife – Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, who visited Samarkand, were welcomed by the head of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the first lady Ziroat Mirziyoyeva.  On this day, a special “Colors of Uzbekistan” exhibition was organized in Samarkand for the first ladies of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States.  The first lady of the Republic of Turkey Emina Erdogan, the first lady of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva and the wife of the Prime Minister of Hungary Aniko Levai also took part in it.  The first ladies were accompanied by Saida Mirziyoyeva, the eldest daughter of the President of Uzbekistan.

For information, Mehriban Arif’s daughter Aliyeva was born on August 26, 1964 in Baku.  Azerbaijani state, political and public figure, the first vice president of Azerbaijan since 2017.

He is also the president of the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation, the head of the working group on Azerbaijan-France inter-parliamentary relations, the president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Friends of Azerbaijan Culture Foundation.

Ziroat Mahmudovna Mirziyoyeva was born on December 4, 1957 in Kokan.  Chairman of the Board of Trustees of “Zamin” International Public Fund

Both first ladies are mothers of two daughters and a son.
