The U-20 Asian Football Championship will be held in Uzbekistan from 1-18 March this year. In this competition, which will be held in the cities of Tashkent and Fergana, 16 teams will fight for the championship of the continent and a place in the World Championship.

The youth national team of Uzbekistan will compete with the national teams of Syria, Iraq, and Indonesia in the group "A". Ravshan Haydarov's students will play against their Syrian equals in the first round. The match will be held on 1 March at the "Bunyodkor" stadium.

On 4 March, the youth national team of Uzbekistan will play against Iraq, and on 7 March, it will settle with the Indonesian team in Ferghana. The first and second-place teams in the group will qualify for the playoffs.
