Today, the World Boxing Championship among adults is being held in Tashkent. On the first day of the competition, Mujbillo Tursunov from the Uzbek team, in the -60 kg weight category defeated Singh Varinder from India with a score of 5:0.
Three boxers will start their campaign in the World Cup today, 2nd May.
In the earlier hours of the program, Shahjakhan Abdullayev will compete against Kyrgyz Adilbek Erkin Uulu in the 86 kg category, and Ruslan Abdullayev will compete against Puerto Rico's Manuel Febus in the 63 kg category.
During the program events held in the evening, Jasurbek Yoldoshev at -80 kg, will fight against Algerian Yunes Nemochi.
Matches during the day will begin after 13:00 p.m., evening matches will take place after 18:00 p.m.
