2026 Women’s Asian Cup draw: Uzbekistan to face DPRK, China, Bangladesh

The draw for the 2026 AFC Women’s Asian Cup took place today, July 29, in Sydney, Australia. The ceremony was streamed live on the Asian Football Confederation's official YouTube channel.
According to the results of the draw, the Uzbekistan women’s national team has been placed in Group B alongside the following teams:
• DPR Korea
• China
• Bangladesh
• Uzbekistan
The tournament will take place in five Australian cities from March 1 to March 21, 2026. A total of 12 teams from across Asia will compete, divided into three groups.
It is worth noting that Uzbekistan has qualified for the Women’s Asian Cup for the first time in 23 years. The team secured its spot by defeating Nepal in a dramatic penalty shootout during the final qualifying round.
