Corrupt situation was discovered at UzAuto Motors

In social networks, news spread about the participation of close relatives in the state procurement of 1.3 billion soums held by UzAuto Motors JSC on July 8 of this year. The Anti-Corruption Agency gave official information about the situation.
It is noted that in the conducted study, it was known that the leaders and founders of the business entities involved in this procurement process are close relatives; therefore, these companies are considered affiliates. Due to the violation of a number of requirements of the Law "On State Procurement" during the implementation of the above public procurement by the procurement commission, a proposal was submitted to the customer to cancel the procurement results.
The documents collected during the study were sent to the law enforcement agency to take legal action against the guilty persons.
