Odiljon Bastamkulov has been appointed as the Acting General Director of UzAuto Motors, according to an announcement on the company's official website.
Bastamkulov will lead the company until a permanent General Director is appointed.
Before joining UzAuto Motors in 2024, Bastamkulov served as the head of the car window manufacturer "Avtooyna".
For context, Bo Andersson, who had led UzAuto Motors for over three years, concluded his tenure in December 2024.
It is also noteworthy that Saidazim Mirkamolovich Gulomov was previously appointed as the Acting General Director of "UzAuto Motors Powertrain" JSC.
