Nine judges were reappointed for terms of office

Yesterday, 4 October, nine judges were reappointed for terms of office.  This decision was taken at a meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary.

As a result of the appointment, which took the form of an alternative and open competition, judges' places of work will be changed.

By decision of the Supreme Council of Judges:

Odil Farkhodovich Mannatov - was again appointed Chairman of the SyrDarya District Court for Criminal Cases of the SyrDarya Region for a term of five years of his judicial power, in connection with which he was dismissed as a judge for criminal cases of the SyrDarya Regional Court.

Karaboev Ibrahim Anarboyevich - was reappointed to the post of criminal judge of Syrdarya Regional Court for the period of the judge’s office, in connection with which he was dismissed from the post of judge of Gulistan city of SyrDarya Criminal Court.

Farkhod Farmonovich Khudoyberdiev - was again appointed to the post of criminal judge of the Samarkand Regional Court for the period of his judicial authority, in connection with which he was relieved of his post as chairman of the Urgut District Court for criminal cases of the Samarkand Oblast.

Nigmatov Gairatzhon Fazliddinovich - re-appointed to the post of Chairman of the Urgut District Court for Criminal Cases of the Samarkand Region for a term of five years of his judicial power, in this connection, he was dismissed from his post as chairman of the Bulungur District Court for Criminal Cases of the Samarkand region.

Sukhrob Kurbanovich Khankai District Criminal Court of Khorezm Oblast was reappointed as President of the Khankai District Criminal Court of Khorezm Oblast for the period of his judicial authority and was dismissed from his post as a judge of the Urgench City Criminal Court of Khorezm Oblast.

Tojiev Otkir Usanovich - again appointed to the position of chairman of the Sherabad Interdistrict Economic Court of Surkhandarya region for the term of five years of his judicial office, in connection with this, the judge of the Sherabad Inter-district Economic Court of Surkhandarya region was dismissed.

Khakimov Khanjar Ziyadillayevich - was re-appointed as a judge of the Sherabad Interdistrict Economic Court of Surkhan-Darya region for the period of his judicial authority, in connection with which he was dismissed as a judge of economic cases of Surkhan-Darya region by the District Court.

Zoir Amanovich Rustamov - repeatedly appointed to the post of judge on economic cases of Surkhandarya Regional Court for the period of his judicial authority, in connection with which he was dismissed from the post of chairman of the Denovo Interdistrict Economic Court of Surkhandarya region.

Zakirzhon Kholbovich Tsatiyev - repeatedly appointed to the position of chairman of the Denovo Inter-district Economic Court of Surkhan Darya region for five years of the judicial term, in connection with which he was dismissed from the post of judge of economic affairs of Surkhan Darya Regional Court. Gayrat Abduzhaalilovich Mashkurov - for the next ten years as a judge, including five years as a chairman of the Ukurochikiki Inter-district Economic Court of the Tashkent region;

Kholis Mukhlisovich Mukhammadov - was appointed to the post of civil judge of the Tashkent Regional Court during his judicial term.
